FIXOFLUOR Fluoride Varnish
In-office fluoridation with a high adherence fluoride varnish is intended for the prevention of caries, desensitization of dental necks and reduction of dental plaque.

COMPOSITION
Sodium fluoride: 22600 ppm F-

INDICATIONS
Fixoflúor® is for specific use by dentists, it should not be used for self-medication by the patient. Its presentation in varnish for professional use provides greater adherence that prolongs the contact with the dental enamel. Its formulation acts in:
- Caries prevention.
- Desensitization of tooth necks.
- Reduction of dental plaque.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is necessary to completely eliminate the bacterial plaque previously in the dental clinic. Then, with the help of a cotton swab, spatula or similar object, extract a small amount of Fixoflúor® from the tube and spread over the entire surface of the tooth, emphasizing the occlusal, interproximal and gingival areas forming a thin layer. The patient can close the mouth quickly after application.

The number of applications is established by the dentist, and can be from once a week for a month, to once every 3 months, 6 months or a year, depending on the patient's susceptibility to dental caries.

In the treatment of hypersensitive tooth necks, the dentist establishes the frequency of applications. It is recommended 1 or 2 days per week for a month.

WARNINGS
It is not recommended to carry out applications to individuals with an empty stomach, especially children.
In the 4 hours after its application, the patient should abstain from ingesting solid food, rinse and brush teeth.
Accumulation of fluoride ion should be avoided, therefore, on the same day of Fixofluor® application, other products containing high concentrations of fluoride ion should not be administered, neither by topical nor oral application.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not ingest.
